Solid-woven carcass belts engineered for fire-critical environments: surface resistance ≤3×10⁸ Ω, drum-friction temperature ≤325 °C and alcohol-blowlamp flame tests passed. PVC for dry runs, PVG rubber-faced for inclined and wet duty.

• NN100 → NN400 — high impact resistance for crushed rock.

For the long, high-tension flights fabric can't hold: steel-cord carcasses from ST630 to ST5400 in ordinary, flame-retardant and coal-mine grades, produced with an open-cord rubber-penetration process for full cord adhesion.

• Open-cord penetration process — rubber fully wets the cord, resisting corrosion and cord pull-out.
